Events

Throughout the year, we create many opportunities for you to meet the others parents like yourself at school. We invite parents to volunteer in their child’s classroom, to assist with special events or to drive on field trips. If you have a special talent or skill, we would love to have you share it with us.

Stay in the loop!

Be sure to read your monthly newsletter and check the boards at the front door.

Annual Events

Although we do not organize a special event for all of them, our classes discuss the many different cultures, communities and holidays that are celebrated all around the world.

Apple Hill Field Trip

At the height of the apple season, the children go on a hay-ride around Farm #1 and take a tour of the factory where they can drink fresh-pressed apple cider.

Halloween Day Parade

In full color and costume, we trick-or-treat at the shops in our plaza.

Thanksgiving Feast

To celebrate the grateful pilgrims and Indians that came together for the harvest feast, we come together to enjoy our own harvest feast and delicious bread made by the children.

Christmas Party & Performance

Families come together for some hors d'oeuvres and to watch as the children proudly perform their Christmas show. Santa Claus himself delivers a gift to each of the children and parents go home with handmade ornaments.

Technique Gymnastics Field Trip

An energy filled fieldtrip to Technique Gymnastics for movement and balance.

Easter Egg Hunt

In Folsom Park, the children can meet the Easter Bunny and follow him on an Easter Egg Hunt.

Mother's Day Tea

A lovely garden tea party, made extra special with the children's singing and treats.

Graduation Ceremony

Children receive recognition for their progress and accomplishments.

Father-Child Day

Fathers join their child in attending a special Saturday mini-session of a regular school day.

Additional Events

Visit the local fire station, attend a live performance at The Crest Theater and more!

We Like To Keep Our Parents Involved

We like to invite parents to share in their child's early education and encourage them to volunteer in the classroom, to attend our special events or to volunteer to drive for fieldtrips.
